PASTA – Ravioli: the typical home made Capri dish, stuffed with caciotta cheese, marjoram and topped with tomato sauce and parmigiano reggiano

DESSERT - Home Made Caprese Cake: almond and choccolate

DRINKS - Mineral water and one bottle of Falanghina, a typical white wine made in Campania.

WELCOME - Aperol Spritz or Prosecco with Mini Capri Fried Pizzas with fresh tomatoes and basil

STARTERS - Parmigiana in a Positano way: fresh tomatoes sauce, Fior di Latte mozzarella and fried eggplant

PASTA - Spaghetti Nerano Style: with zucchine, eggs, Provolone del Monaco e basil

DESSERT - Home Made Neapolitan Babà Rhum

 

DRINKS - Mineral water and one bottle of Falanghina, a typical white wine made in Campania.
